Everything you need to know about Canna Cabana orders, delivery, pickups, returns, memberships, product issues, payments, discounts, and support.

Delivery Orders

We offer On-Demand delivery for:

  • For non-Elite members, the delivery cost is $9.99 + tax.
  • For an Elite member, you get a discounted delivery cost of just $4.99 + tax.

This allows you to receive your order quickly at a consistent and affordable rate, with added savings for Elite members.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, so we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.

If you notice an issue right after placing your order, please contact our support team via live chat or email at info@cannacabana.com. We'll do our best to assist before your order ships.

You can choose from the following delivery windows:

  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Orders placed after 4:45 PM will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

We currently deliver within a 10 km radius of select store locations.

To use our On-Demand Delivery service, simply place your order through the nearest participating store available on our website.

Pick-Up Orders

In most cases, orders are prepared within 24 hours.

If you'd like to confirm the status sooner, you can contact your selected store directly. To find your store's contact details, use the store locator here: cannacabana.com/pages/search-products.

Simply locate your store, note the phone number, and reach out to confirm that your order is ready before heading in.

To collect your order, you must bring:

  • A valid government-issued ID or driving license
  • The same card used to place the order

Both must be physically presented at the time of pickup for verification. Virtual ID cards or driving licenses cannot be used.

No, only the person who placed the order is authorized to pick it up. Third-party pickups are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Photos or videos are required for damaged or defective items.
  • Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return a product, please visit the same store where the original purchase was made. This helps ensure accurate inventory tracking, smooth payment reconciliation, and proper store-level reporting.

Please visit the store within 14 days of purchase and ensure the item is unused, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Returning to the original location also allows the store team to quickly access your purchase details, making the return or exchange process faster and more straightforward.

To process your return, please bring:

  • Original receipt
  • The unused and unopened item
  • Valid ID or driving license for the person making the return

Elite Members Products

Products labeled with "Elite Price" and "Market Price" without a standard member price are exclusively available to Elite members.

These items cannot be purchased by non-Elite customers, either online or in-store.

Elite Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once they've been applied to your account. The membership will remain active until it expires automatically after one year.

There's no automatic renewal, so you won't be charged again unless you choose to renew it manually.

Product Quality Issues

Canna Cabana operates strictly as a retailer. For any product quality issues or defects, you will need to contact the Licensed Producer directly.

The Licensed Producer is responsible for:

  • Investigating product quality concerns
  • Handling defect claims
  • Providing replacements or resolutions

Payments & Discounts

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Please note, we do not accept PayPal and Crypto. There are no exceptions.

Yes. We price match regular-priced items and sale items.

To qualify:

  • You must be a Canna Cabana or Elite member.
  • Provide proof of a lower price, such as a screenshot from a competitor's website. The product must be identical and in stock.
  • The competitor must be a legal, brick-and-mortar cannabis retailer within a 10 km radius.

If you're locked out of your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send a link to reset your password. Also, check your spam or junk folder for the email.

You can also contact our Customer Service team to have a reset link sent directly.
