The hidden little gem on our Main Street. Clearly hiring help because who isn’t right now. This location requires patience and understanding vs their main location on 118W. (All staff members at every location are amazing - we just need to understand one person can only assist one person at a time.) If you can’t take the time to be patient and take in the atmosphere, I invite you to visit the 118W location because they (having different traffic) are under the same franchise but completely different vibes/personalities. Take the time to utilize the knowledge and skills these people have - new things bring inevitable change which most find uncomfortable. My favourite part of canna stops is talking to the wonderfully helpful staff who will always ask what you’re looking for. Whether you’re a regular or new client - they listen and offer their knowledge when asked and sit back and play copilot while you take the wheel if you know what you want. Employees can’t read minds and don’t deserve attitude you brought to the store with you from elsewhere. Never met more friendly/personable/interestingly innovative people then I have during my time in these two amazing stores. Thnx Canna for opening my mind to new/legal/available tools in the community. We might not always agree with the government choices because we’re accustomed to believe that we have to follow in line. We elect the person who’s words/ideas resonate with us (or should anyways). Don’t use politics as a casual conversation starter - voting is hidden for a reason. Have you ever asked why? A busy location with very friendly staff. I was cottaging in the area and ran out so stopped by. 4 stars only because their selection is small. They didn’t carry 3 of the prerolls strains I usually get from my local canna cabana locations so had to try something new, which is okay, but I was a little disappointed by the selection.
